TAKE THIS POLL AND SHOVE IT
We continue to get bombarded by all the so-called experts on what Donald Trump is doing wrong, and what he has to do to overcome his showing in the polls. Well, here is my advice to them: Take your poll and shove it.
I don’t believe the polls are accurate, and history shows they generally are not. The pollsters are like those that predict earthquakes and other events. They are always right … after the event occurs. The fundamental flaw in this election is that it is not an election at all. It is referendum! It is neither Republican nor Democrat; it is a revolt by the vast center of America that has been ignored for decades as politicians took turns voting for one’s agenda and then the other’s. The insiders – politicians, news media, corporatists, globalists and the rest – all grew rich, fat and happy through their shenanigans at the expense of the people and the country itself, which they have left $20 trillion in debt.
These people want you to believe that Trump is losing. The truth is, THEY have a great deal to lose if an “outsider” is elected. This is not about political parties or even ideologies; it is about either continuing the fleecing of America through the establishment, of which Hillary is queen, or unraveling the mess they have created.
Can anyone in their right mind actually think of one reason why this pathological liar and corrupt political careerist should be given the ultimate power? Any reasonable or intelligent person can scan the activities of Hillary Clinton’s career, going back to the Rose Law Firm days, and see that she is dishonest, corrupt, villainous, dangerous and unworthy of any position of trust. Follow the money, the “Foundation,” and trail of dead bodies.
Donald Trump is unconventional; he is unknown; he changes his mind; he lacks adroitness in his words and phrasing. These criticisms of Trump are among the reasons that he is going to prevail. The experts find fault in all these attributes; the larger public finds hope. Where the “experts” see a failed candidate, “John Q. Public” sees – finally – someone he or she can relate to. We keep hearing how Trump has to appeal to the moderates in his party. No he doesn’t. He needs to continue to reject them as enemies of the truth and panderers to self-interest. Trump does not need the Bushes, McCain, Graham, Kasich, McConnell or Ryan. In fact, if he embraces their politics, he will be caving to every reason he ran for the office – and so far, has succeeded! He will need to work with them, in time; he will not need to embrace their philosophy. He will prevail when he takes his case to the public; screw the elite!
Trump’s instincts are far more accurate than the advice and expertise of those in the Republican Party and the establishment that supports them. Krauthammer, Rove, Will, the WSJ editorial staff, and the rest of the “conventional wisdom” crew are wrong. It is not that they don’t get it; they don’t WANT to get it. Trump represents a nuclear explosion that will tear apart the comfy little world they have all built for themselves. The $millions they pay themselves are only exceeded by the political wealth acquired by so many in the establishment, led by the Clintons – over $150 million in speaking fees alone! All of this gets exposed when Trump is elected. THAT is the reason they are trying to convince us he is going to lose. That is why virtually every establishment writer and television pundit finds fault with everything Trump says or does.
Yet the throngs keep coming. How can a man who is so wrong, so inept, so unprofessional, continue to draw tens of thousands to his rallies, when Hillary Clinton can barely attract a few hundred? How can a Republican who can’t appeal to so many in his own party continue to get the support of blue-collar democrats and independents who would never have supported Bush, McCain or Romney? How can a Republican possible appeal to Blacks, Hispanics and women, contrary to the predictions of the experts? And Trump will. Why? Because he is not one of “THEM;” because he IS one of us; because he has actually DONE things in his life, and not just talked about them, and because on most of the issues that affect us greatly, he is RIGHT.
Consider just a few of Trump’s positions on issues that the media and Democrats want to distort (note, “Hillary” basically includes Hillary and other Progressives; Republican insiders and Democrats; and the media:
Trump: Is going to build a wall and Mexico is going to pay for it. No, we will not send them a bill; we will impose a tax against remittances from the U.S. to Mexico (2nd largest economic sector) and other south of border countries. Sovereignty restored with protection against invasion by criminals, terrorists and disease. Begin reviewing existing immigration law and dealing with 20 million in the country illegally with compassion and fairness. Extreme vetting of new visitors and immigrants.
Hillary: Wants to admit 85,000 impossible to vet Syrians and basically create open borders like Europe.
Trump: Will consult with military and other experts and implement the necessary actions to destroy ISIS and begin restoring a healthy respect and fear for American military might. Will stop “nation building” and involvement in civil wars.
Hillary: Continue Obama failed non-policy.
Trump: Will restore trust and respect among our allies; will say what he means, and mean what hi says.
Hillary: Continue Obama failed non-policy, and failed Hillary policy while Secretary of State.
Trump: Will stop TPP and re-negotiate NAFTA, CAFTA and other trade agreements.
Hillary: Will continue to export jobs with agreements that do not benefit America.
Trump: Will repeal and replace Obamacare with private enterprise alternative, addressing flaws in prior systems like pre-existing conditions, insurance sold across state lines.
Hillary: Will move toward single-payer, total government control (Socialism).
Trump: Simplify and reduce tax rates as incentive to build and return business and industry to America.
Hillary: Punish business with taxes and penalties; continue Obama policies.
Trump: Deal with fundamental issues like jobs, housing, crime and making cities safe.
Hillary: Continue to demonize police and Whites generally; pander to racialists.
Constitution and role of Government
Trump: Enforce the Constitution including reducing size and power to specific and limited role as defined in the Constitution; abolish excessive government like Dept. of Education.
Hillary: Continue Obama policies violating the Constitution and abusing Executive authority.
Trump: Reduce the tremendous cost and violation of liberty on business and all Americans. Extricate U.S. from onerous climate control regulation and taxation.
Hillary: Expand regulation toward Socialism and the Obama model. Expand Climate Warming hoax with more regulation, taxes and surrender to international control.
Law and Judiciary
Trump: Has furnished list of possible Supreme Court nominees – all constitutional conservatives in the mold of Antonin Scalia. Department of Justice will be fair and impartial.
Hillary: No naming but will follow Obama lead in nominating far left, Progressive, constructionists such as Ginsburg, Sotomayor and Kagan, who will destroy the Constitution. Will control DOJ just as Obama, for her personal protection!
Among the areas not discussed are political reform. Given Trump’s nature and other positions, it is likely that he will not abide the “good old boy” club of rigged systems and excesses. A new era of political fairness and responsibility is possible, and that scares the hell out of the establishment. THAT is the reason Trump is not supported by many in his party. They are afraid things will change – and they will. As for Hillary, the establishment of all stripes love her positions – they will keep the party going, as the Clinton Foundation flourishes.
Don’t believe the polls. They are measuring only what the establishment wants you to hear. And they are wrong. Despite a rigged system, Trump is the man that can un-rig it. He showed that in the primaries; he’ll show it in the general election.
It’s getting interesting.

"Arguably the most famous headline in the newspaper's 150-year history, DEWEY DEFEATS TRUMAN is every publisher's nightmare on every election night. Like most newspapers, the Tribune, which had dismissed him on its editorial page as a "nincompoop," was lulled into a false sense of security by polls that repeatedly predicted a Dewey victory."
